This midtown condominium residence features a complete redesign of a 1970’s unit.  Downsizing from a larger home, the client purchased this pied à terre for its  convenience to both the city core and it’s proximity to their previous neighbourhood,.  DCA Design was hired to improve the design of the unit, and to provide the client with a sense of space, luxury, and function.  The result is a beautiful residence that is a  retreat from the bustle of the city.
